L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, proprio nel centro della citta, su una collina, offrendo una vista mozzafiato. Le stanze erano accoglienti, con un arredamento retro e un angolo lettura ben fornito nella hall. La colazione era ben allestita, con diverse opzioni gluten free. Il personale era disponibile e la pulizia adeguata.

La segnaletica per l'uso delle scale mobili e degli ascensori era scarsa e poco intuitiva nella città, rendendo difficile il loro utilizzo per i turisti.

Useful to have a Chain restaurant on site, though we had to wait until a coach party had eaten. Hotel is conveniently situated by A2 and only 9 mins into Dove Ferry [port.

No do not disturb signs, noisy bar area, disturbances from functions, unclear staff communication about events!!! Rooms could benefit from better soundproofing to ensure a restful sleep and clearer information regarding ongoing events.

We booked this economical hotel for its location and rooms. The room was spotless, with a view over garden. Extras like a laptop safe, central heating and an iron were appreciated.

Good location, large parking lot, great breakfast

Room was very good and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Breakfast was great. Parking lots are available in front of the hotel. One also gets a little something to eat late in the evening.

The room was warm and comfortable. I usually receive a warm welcome, which adds a personal touch to my visits.

This time, the staff seemed distracted during my check-in.

The location is very convenient if you are passing through, as the hotel is only a few minutes' drive from the ferry port. The staff in the accommodation was very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy.

But we had expected a little more comfort from a 4 star hotel. The rooms, specially the bathroom, are very small and narrow.

Bathroom around the tiles were showing signs of mildew I thought this could have been attended to as it was very obvious.
